At the First Ever Super YSG Speakers Training, the Super Speakers had to complete specific tasks and take pictures so I knew they were being trained successfully to rid the world of boring speakers. Here are the tasks they had to complete......(click here to view the slideshow)
You have been equipped with a digital camera. This tool is imperative. You must use it to capture each mission you fulfill so that I know you have been trained successfully. You must complete each exercise as a team. All team members MUST participate and appear in at least 3 pictures each. You must stay together as a team at all times.
IMPORTANT: If you see members of the opposite team….you must vacate the area and find another area to work in.
Here are the exercises you must accomplish:
To avoid villainy, secret weapons are a must. Take a picture of at least one member of your team with their secret weapon.
Every Super Hero needs a faithful sidekick. Get a picture of each team member with their sidekick.
Super Heroes need to travel in style. Get a picture of your Super Vehicle.
I have found disguises are a very important part of Super Hero wardrobes, therefore, you EACH need to find a cape (anything that will do as a cape), a hat, and glasses. You must have a picture of each of you in a complete ensemble. You may not share items.
Remember to keep up your strength. Get a picture of one of your team with their favorite Power Food.
You also need to make sure you stay healthy. Find a take a picture of 3 things to keep you healthy.
Keep your strength up, too. Get a picture of each teammate using some type of fitness equipment.
Also necessary for Super Heroes is a GREAT pair of tights. Find the best pair and take a picture of them!
In case you are being followed, it is good to have something to cause a distraction. Take a picture of at least one team member with a distractionary device.
When your nemesis is after you, it is good to have a predetermined hiding place. Photo a team member is a super secret hiding place.
All the aforementioned items are things necessary for ALL successful Super Heroes, but we Super YSG Speakers have special needs unique to our own calling. You also need to get pictures of the following YSG specific Super Items of Power:
Every great YSG Speaker knows that the most important thing to remember before hitting the platform is…..Comfy but Incredible shoes! Get a picture of each team member with their Super YSG shoes!
Being organized is crucial for a good speaker. Take a picture of at least TWO team members’ favorite organizational tool.
Since our goal is to reach the community with authentic communication through speeches and different forms of communication, please find a speech aid of any sort.
Speeches come in all different shapes and sizes. What you need a picture of now is a team member with a prop for an informational speech. Be prepared to give the speech later!
Our hope as Super YSG Speakers is to emulate Christ in the community. We, however, like to mimic others who are inspiring to us…..namely, Mrs. Moon. In her honor, at least TWO team members need to exhibit BLING in this picture!
And while we are thinking of Mrs. Moon….let’s celebrate Devon Moon, too! Get a picture of at least one team member with some sort of safety equipment.
We can’t forget Wendell Moon either. A picture of at least one team member with their favorite wild hair care product!
You have assembled quite an arsenal of Super YSG Speaker necessities, but as you know ICC is all about serving. Don’t shirk your duty.

Help people in the toy section of the Super Center
Break into a 1-2 minute Team Interp of Sleeping Beauty.
The last thing I need help with is replacing some of the supplies that were stolen by the Wallflower Party Pooper Gang. In your envelope, you will find money to buy:
1 pack of Super Hero napkins(do not exceed 2.00)
1 Drink of Power (do not exceed 3.00)
Any dessert not exceeding 3.00
